The marketing function had undergone numerous chops and changes and had totally lost its sense of purpose and direction. It urgently needed positive general management and demonstrated functional expertise.
In addition the Senior Management Team was desperately seeking advice,
support and direction at a time of imminent take-over.
The assignment exceeded the initial 3 month as the nature of the challenge
emerged. Now more that a year on we are still providing ongoing counselling
