Tony – Our Client Relationship Director and Lead Consultant

Tony Leyland joined BOAC immediately after graduating from the LSE and has been flying high and far ever since.

During his 18 years with BOAC and British Airways in senior Marketing Operations and HR roles Tony played a significant role in BA’s "Putting People First" campaign.

This was followed by several years as a Director for a leading management consultancy before returning to senior general management as Marketing Director for the biggest retail bank in the Middle East.
He has more recently undertaken several consultancy and Interim Manager roles across a broad range of industry sectors ranging from building materials through to telecommunications.

His primary focus is Change Management and issues of marketplace along with Customer Service Delivery and Marketing and Sales Force Management. However, his strong general management background is frequently called upon by clients. He plays an increasingly important role coaching and counselling senior management.

A fast learner, Tony’s analytical and creative approach to problem solving quickly adapts to any sector or environment. Over the years his open and result-driven consultative style has persuaded many clients to make important step changes in their organisation.
